Risk Enabled Operations – Corporate

Audere was engaged to identify the process, procedures, and analytical tools to manage the risk associated with a multinational manufacturing company operating in Ukraine. To meet this requirement Audere provided an intelligence and analysis capability that produced a probability matrix of future Russian operational and tactical actions, based on Russian weapon strike data. This was overlayed with a detailed geographical survey of strategic targets that were geo-fenced linked to a personal tracking application. Through this intelligent use of data analytics, pattern analysis and threat mapping the Client was able to increase its field force operating area by 46% and its potential for revenue generation by 34%.
